With my decades of work experience in sales, management, and business management; my overall goal is to be a community resource for the age-qualifying group (over 62 years old) and their families, and educate them on their financial options utilizing home loans, and in particular, the Reverse Mortgage products. Our measurement of success is a fully informed client that chooses the appropriate mortgage products to meet their short term and long-term goals of financial independence.
I have been in the Residential Mortgage Lending business since 1992 originating FHA, VA, Conventional, Construction and Reverse Mortgages. I really found a passion for Reverse Mortgages starting in 2000, and decided to specialize in this unique program. I concentrated my skill set and was instrumental in the formation of the American Pacific Reverse Mortgage Group established in 2005. As a company, we have consistently ranked in the top 20 Reverse Mortgage originators in the Nation. I am also an active member, since 1992, of the Sacramento and Yolo County Associations of Realtors, and NRMLA since 2005. I hold teaching credentials in multiple states to educate a variety of audiences. I present seminars to Clients, Realtors, CPA’s, Attorneys, Financial Planners and other Industry Professionals, since November, 2000.

When I’m not focused on the day-to-day management, planning, oversight and development of APRMG, you can find me spending time with my family or out on a beautiful hike.
